Returns & Refund Policy

1. Return Window & Process

  • Report non‑defective return requests within 7 days from delivery.
  • Damages/defects must be reported within 72 hours with order number and clear photographs and unboxing video.

2. Eligibility Criteria

  • Item unused, unburnt, in original packaging with labels.
  • Returns not accepted for discounted/clearance, perishable, personalized items.

3. Refund Options

  • Refund to original payment method (minus shipping) or store credit.
  • Processing time: 7–10 business days after inspection.

4. Exchanges & Cancellations

  • No direct exchange: return and place a new order.

Cancel within 12 hours of ordering if not yet dispatched. After shipment, cancellations incur return process terms.
