1. Agreement & Governance

These Terms form a binding contract between you and OTD Lifestyle trading as Jyotirgamaya. Governed by the laws of India, disputes resolved in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.

2. Pricing & Payment

• All prices in INR, inclusive of GST (if applicable).
• Payment must be made at checkout; COD available where indicated.

3. Order Acceptance

Confirmations are provisional. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders before shipment.

4. Title & Risk Transfer

Ownership passes to you upon successful delivery at your address; thereafter, all risk is yours.

5. Liability Limits

Our liability is limited to the product price paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages except as mandated by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the site belongs to OTD Lifestyle / Jyotirgamaya. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or publication is prohibited.

7. Flammable Products Liability Clause

By purchasing any flammable items (e.g., candles, wax melts, sprays etc):

• You accept full responsibility for safe handling, storage, use, and disposal.
• OTD Lifestyle, Jyotirgamaya, and associated persons shall not be liable for any injury, damage, burn, fire, or accident arising from use, misuse, or negligence.
• Follow all safety guidelines on labels (e.g., keep away from children, pets, fabrics, never leave unattended, maintain ventilation).
