Delhi/NCR: Same-day delivery available via local delivery apps on request and applicable charges apply. Standard delivery: 3-4 business days. Metro Cities: 4-6 business days. 3. Shipping Charges

Free shipping above ₹999; Orders below ₹999 will have a standard shipping charge based on your location. 

4. Multiple Shipments & Tracking

Some orders ship in multiple packages. Tracking links provided via email or SMS.

5. Delivery Attempts & Returns

Three delivery attempts are made; undelivered items are returned to us and subject to refund (excluding original shipping fee).

6. Damaged in Transit

Report damage within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and unboxing videos. Approved claims result in replacement or refund.

7. Packaging Standards

Fragile and flammable products are packed securely. No insurance is included unless requested.
